Q: What does the Rental Price include and what not?
A: The Rental Price includes the total of all known rates, taxes, local
fees, and surcharges. This price does not include optional services
such as insurance waivers, special equipment, gasoline, fines or
tickets issued by local authorities (special equipment included in
price only if special requested and stated within the invoice). It also
does not include extra day or hour charges that can result from a late
return of the rental car (Tolerance +/- 4 hours – depend on location).

Q: Are taxes and insurance included in the quoted rate?
A: Generally taxes are included but some locations might have
additional surcharge. If so, we will advise our customers in their
rental confirmation. Third party and Collision damage waiver insurance
will always be included in the rental price (certain car hire suppliers
have non-deductible excess fees for which renter will be held liable in
case of damage).For certain destinations we optionally offer an
all-inclusive rental price, where these non-deductible excess amounts
are already waived.

Q: What are CDW, SCDW, PAI, TP, VAT and airport taxes? Do I have to pay them?
A: CDW is Collision Damage Waiver, SCDW is Super Collision Damage
Waiver with no deductible fees, PAI is Personal Accident Insurance, TPI
is Theft Protection and VAT is Value Added Tax. Airport taxes are the
fees that the airports charge to car companies for the use of their
terminals, railroads, and roads; plus other service charges mandated by
the airport. Generally No, you do not have to pay these taxes as we
could agreed with many companies to have these taxes be included in the
rental price. Though some of these various taxes and charges are not
included in the rental price and we advice all our customers by the
time of the reservation confirmation.

Q:
What about additional drivers, child/baby seats, roof racks, etc? Are
they available and do I have to pay for them if requested?
A:
All available extras for the selected car hire group will be shown
during the reservation process. If certain extras are not shown, it
means they are either not available for the selected car hire group or
in general not available. Additional drivers, child/baby seats are for
many locations included and you do not have to pay any surcharge. Roof
racks are still available in a few locations but many of the car hire
suppliers do not offer them any longer due to damages to the vehicle
roof.
